Our Story
Welcome to High Tide Cookies, a cottage home bakery located in beautiful Craig, Alaska! I am a self-taught cookier who comes from a family that shows love through food. You will often find our two sons in the kitchen with me, whipping up delicious baked goods. All cookies are made from scratch with high-quality ingredients including butter, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla & almond extract, meringue powder and powder sugar.
Cookies are custom-made and individually heat sealed for freshness for up to two weeks or more if frozen! Your order is carefully packaged in a bakery box for pick-up.
**High Tide Cookies LLC is a cottage bakery. Your order will be made in a home kitchen, not a commercial setting. The kitchen is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services.
